Things that eased my mind on Thursday: having enough money to do what I want when I need to relax and being able to control my worries.
I read this advice under many forms, coming from different people, and it saved me a lot of energy:
- put different aspects of your life in little boxes – let your work be Work, your free time – Free, your love be Love
- remember to close one before opening another
- let Today be the only thing on your mind; Yesterday can’t be changed, Tomorrow can’t be controlled yet
- take responsibility for your actions.
Good wish exercise
I’m sure there are a couple of happy blogs out there that have this exercise in one form or another. But I really want people that know me/read me to do it TODAY.
So.. if you knew you were dying today, what’s the first GOOD thing/thought/wish you would say to your close friends/family/loved ones etc?
Sometimes people have trouble establishing their priorities. Maybe this is a way to help you see them more clearly.
(It doesn’t matter if the person that commented before you said the same thing, just say what’s on YOUR mind)
